Terms of Service

Lab86 Mail is a paid hosted software service that provides AI-assisted email management for Gmail users through the Lab86 Mail web app at mail.lab86.io.

Subscription

The monthly plan costs $12/month. The annual plan costs $96/year, billed annually, equivalent to $8/month. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise during checkout.

AI credits

Each active subscription includes 2,000,000 AI credits per month. Credits are a usage allowance for AI-assisted actions such as summarization, drafting, triage, reports, and research. Credits are not money, stored value, gift cards, or transferable property, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Customer responsibilities

• Use the service only with mailboxes and accounts you are authorized to access.
• Review AI-generated drafts, summaries, labels, and actions before relying on them.
• Do not use the service to send spam, abusive messages, illegal content, or deceptive communications.
• Keep account credentials and connected-account permissions secure.

Delivery

The service is delivered digitally as web app access and related setup/support. No physical products are shipped.
