Daily reports
Morning, evening, or manual reports surface reply-owed threads, tracked conversations, calendar context, and lower-priority mail in one narrative brief.
Tracked conversations
Important threads can be tracked until resolved, making follow-ups easier to monitor without manually searching the inbox.
Research tools
The assistant can use web research and account context when a customer asks it to understand a sender, topic, meeting, or pending request.
Hosted software access
The subscription covers access to the Lab86 Mail web app, mailbox integration setup, AI usage allowance, and email support.
