Refund and Cancellation Policy

Lab86 Mail subscriptions can be cancelled by contacting jakob@lab86.io. Cancelled subscriptions remain active through the end of the paid billing period.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. Refund requests for recent charges are reviewed by email, especially when there was a billing error, duplicate payment, or service-access issue.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at $96/year. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If an annual subscription is cancelled, access continues through the paid term unless a refund is approved.

AI credits

Unused AI credits are not redeemable for cash and are not separately refundable. Credits are included as part of the subscription service.
