Privacy Policy

Lab86 Mail processes customer mailbox and account data only to provide the email assistant service, operate subscriptions, respond to support requests, and maintain service reliability.

Data processed

• Account contact information such as name, email address, and billing status.
• Email thread metadata and content needed for summaries, drafting, search, reports, and triage.
• Calendar and contact context when customers enable those features.
• Product logs, audit records, support messages, and usage records such as AI credit consumption.

AI providers and integrations

AI-assisted features may send the minimum necessary prompt and mailbox context to third-party AI model providers or integration services in order to generate summaries, drafts, classifications, or research results. Customers should not connect accounts they are not authorized to use.

Data sale

Lab86 does not sell customer mailbox content or personal information.

Retention and deletion

Customers can request account deletion, connected-account removal, or privacy help by emailing jakob@lab86.io.
